This seven-day sailing route starting from Trogir has a little bit of everything: it combines sailing, swimming breaks, city tours, and overnight stays in marinas, on buoys, and at anchor. It's the ideal itinerary for a stress-free vacation in stunning Croatia.

DAY 1: Trogir - Blue Lagoon, Krknjaši

Your journey begins in the historic town of Trogir. On the first day, after checking in and settling on the boat, you’ll sail towards the Blue Lagoon, which is 5 NM from Trogir. The Blue Lagoon is a great spot for spending your first night at anchor. Blue Lagoon, Krknjaši

DAY 2: Blue Lagoon, Krknjaši - Island Vis, Komiža

After spending your first night on the boat, you’ll want to set sail early in the morning towards the island of Vis, specifically the town of Komiža. Vis is beautiful and very popular among tourists, so sailing out early on Sunday morning will give you a head start and help you secure a buoy. The sailing distance from the Blue Lagoon to Komiža is 25 NM. Vis was closed to the public for many years due to its military use, and the army was stationed on the island for a long time. Because of this, the island has remained very well preserved, with numerous military tunnels and bunkers that can be visited on a military tour. You can also rent quads, scooters, or go on a guided tour by van. Additionally, there is a wine tour that takes you to several wineries across the island, giving you a chance to taste local wines. However, it’s important to note that Vis has limited water resources for boats. Both Vis Town and Komiža have restricted water access, with water available only from 8 to 10 in the morning and from 5 to 6 in the afternoon. Island Vis, Komiža

DAY 3: Island Vis, Komiža - Island Vis, Vis Town

On Monday, after breakfast, you’ll head to the island of Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a sea cave located in a small bay called Balun, about 4 NM from Komiža. You’ll pick up a buoy and wait for the staff to take you into the cave. After the visit, you’ll sail towards the town of Vis, where you can moor along the shore. Here, you’ll have access to electricity, water, showers, and toilets. The distance from Biševo to Vis Town is 16 NM along the southern side of the island. Island Vis, Vis

DAY 4: Island Vis, Vis Town - Pakleni Islands, Taršče Bay

After filling up with water in Vis, you’ll head towards the Pakleni Islands, specifically Taršče Bay, which is about 10 NM from Vis Town. In Taršče, you’ll want to anchor using land lines to keep your boat stable without swinging in the bay. Pakleni otoci, Taršče

DAY 5: Pakleni Islands, Taršče Bay - Island Hvar, Stari Grad

Stari Grad is a charming old town on the island of Hvar, located 15 NM from the Pakleni Islands. On your way to Stari Grad, you can stop for a swim in Stiniva Bay, where you can drop anchor or, if space allows, tie up at the pier. After swimming, you’ll continue on to Stari Grad port. Stari Grad is also known for being the location of the summer residence of the Renaissance poet Hanibal Lucić, which can still be visited today in the very center of the town. This historical site adds a touch of cultural significance to your visit, making it an ideal stop for history and literature lovers. DAY 6: Island Hvar, Stari Grad - Island Šolta, Jorja Bay

On Thursday, your last night away from the base marina will be spent in Jorja Bay on the island of Šolta. All the buoys in the bay belong to the restaurant Lero, which also provides moorings. It’s important to note that the condition for spending the night there is dining at the restaurant. The food is local and highly recommended, and the staff will assist you in tying up the boat. During the high summer season, reservations are necessary a few days in advance. The only downside is that Jorja has poor signal reception. The distance to Jorja Bay is 17 NM.

DAY 7: Island Šolta, Jorja Bay - Trogir

It’s your last day of the summer holiday. After seeing so much, it’s time to head back to the base. You’ll have time for one final swim in Stipanska Bay, where you can anchor and enjoy the last hours of your vacation. You’ll need to refuel in either Rogač or Milna and return to the base by noon for check-out with the charter technician. After that, you can spend one last night on the boat if you wish, leaving on Saturday morning by 9 am.
