Hello! As the title suggests, this route along the Adriatic will take you from Split to the historic city of Dubrovnik in a one-way direction. Along the way, you'll enjoy breathtaking bays and picturesque towns scattered across the Croatian islands. Let’s get started and see where this route will take you.

DAY 1: Split - Island Brač, Milna

After arriving in Split and settling onto your boat, you’ll set sail towards the Split Gate and spend your first night in the town of Milna on the island of Brač. Milna offers three marinas, or you can anchor just outside the town. If you have a good tender, you can use it to head ashore for dinner or a leisurely stroll. Milna is an excellent option for your first night, as it’s only a few hours away from Split.

DAY 2: Island Brač, Milna - Island Vis, Komiža

Waking up to your first morning on the water, you’ll enjoy breakfast before continuing your journey toward Dubrovnik. The plan for Day 2 is to overnight on the island of Vis, in the town of Komiža, where the best option is to secure a buoy. This allows for easy swimming throughout the day, and Komiža is only a short tender ride away. Komiža is a charming town with some fantastic restaurants, such as Jastožera, Bako, and the popular pizzeria Fabrika located right by the waterfront.

DAY 3: Island Vis, Komiža - Island Lastovo

An early start is ideal today as you head toward the Lastovo Archipelago, which is part of a nature park that requires an entrance ticket. No worries if you haven’t purchased it in advance; park rangers will come to your boat to handle payment. The journey from Komiža to Lastovo takes about 5 to 6 hours, and there aren’t any stops along the way—though, if you’re up for it and the weather is calm, a swim in open waters could be an exciting break. For the night, you can choose to anchor in a secluded cove or head to the sheltered port of Skrivena Luka.

DAY 4: Island Lastovo - Island Korčula, Korčula

Today, you’ll travel from Lastovo to Korčula, specifically the town of Korčula, which is only 2 to 3 hours away depending on your overnight location. Since it’s summer, there’s a good chance you’ll have a pleasant mistral breeze, so feel free to unfurl the sails and enjoy a peaceful ride to Korčula. Once there, make your way to the island of Badija and drop anchor in the turquoise shallows, about 4 to 6 meters deep. You can also explore the island and feed the friendly deer roaming there. For the night, dock at ACI Marina Korčula and take a stroll through the charming old town.

DAY 5: Island Korčula, Korčula - Island Mljet, Prožura

On Day 5, you’re getting closer to Dubrovnik, and the end of your Adriatic adventure is approaching. Tonight, you’ll anchor at the island of Mljet, in the village of Prožura. Here, there are several buoys available, belonging to different restaurants—you can choose which one suits your taste. The village is beautiful and offers excellent shelter.

DAY 6: Island Mljet, Prožura - Island Šipan, Šipanska Luka

We’ve reached the final night before returning the boat in Dubrovnik. For your last night, you’ll stay on the island of Šipan, in Šipanska Luka. On your way there, stop for a swim and lunch at the southern end of Mljet. Later, make your way to Šipanska Luka, where you can dock at the town quay or secure a buoy. This quiet village is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

DAY 7: Island Šipan, Šipanska Luka - Dubrovnik

As your journey comes to a close, enjoy a final swim before setting off for Dubrovnik. Refill the boat’s fuel tank and return to the designated charter base. Complete the check-out and spend one last night on board, preparing to disembark the next morning. For this final evening, feel free to explore Dubrovnik’s Old Town, walk along the famous city walls, enjoy dinner, and reflect on the incredible places you visited along the way.
